Trophy Donations

While it’s still the dead of winter and the snow is falling, it’s also time to start thinking about lovely fall weather in New England and the next Gordon Setter Club of America National Specialty.

Trophy donations are now officially open, so please have a look below and let us know what trophy takes your fancy. Only those trophies which are still available are listed. This list will be updated periodically. We also welcome donations to the General Trophy Fund.

When you have made your selection, email Nikki Maounis, [email protected] and she will arrange payment with you. Do not submit payment until she has contacted you, as pledges change constantly. While it is possible to pay via credit card on the Square site we really do prefer payment by check.

Thanks for your help and support!

RV Camping Reservations

RV PARKING INFORMATION
GORDON SETTER CLUB OF AMERICA – 2025 NATIONAL SPECIALTY
OCTOBER 20 – 24, 2025
BOXBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS

1. The hotel is in charge of RV parking.
2. Please use the corresponding form to submit your RV parking reservation and payment
directly to the hotel.
3. It is recommended that you email or fax your reservation form to the hotel and follow-up with
a phone call to confirm, due to the limited number of spaces available.
4. Any questions regarding payment should be directed to the hotel.
5. There are only 10 RV spaces available. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first
serve basis.
6. All camping units must be fully self-contained. The discharging of gray or black water on
hotel grounds is strictly prohibited. If any camping units are found to be discharging waste
water, you will be asked to leave without a refund, a bench show hearing may be held, and
further action may be taken by the hotel.
7. We are looking into the feasibility of having a honey wagon brought in mid-week to pump out
holding tanks; however, this is not guaranteed and campers should be prepared to remain
fully self-contained for the duration of their stay. Once spaces are sold out, Brian Hubbard
will reach out to those with reservations regarding this.
8. When you arrive, you are required to check-in with the front desk of the hotel for your
parking pass.
9. You are parking at your own risk. There will not be any security in the parking lot.
10. The hotel prohibits the grilling of food outside of your camping unit. Please plan for your
meals accordingly.
11. Out of respect for your camping neighbors and guests of the hotel, please be mindful of your
noise level when putting your dogs out early in the morning and/or late at night. Please do
not allow your dogs to bark excessively in their ex-pens.
12. If your reservation is rejected due to the limit being reached, please notify Brian Hubbard
([email protected]) so we may keep a waiting list if there are any cancellations.
